Unique Features of the RR7-II Atlantic
The most unique attribute of the Atlantic is its ability to raise and tilt the resident while bathing. The water in the foot pool rises to warm and clean as it redistributes the bath water over the body. The side door raises up out of the way to allow safe, easy access for all your residents. This particular tub is versatile enough to allow ambulatory residents to step in, as well as providing safe access to those using standing or walking aides and even those in wheelchairs. It works well with a lift for those who need extra assistance in transferring. The Atlantic has Rane’s anti-scald mixing valve with a fast, efficient auto fill feature that quickly fills the tub at a rate of 15 gallons per minute. Choose from right or left swing-up door with Rane’s trademark KeyLock™ mechanism that eliminates leaks. Depending on your floorspace, you may want to select an Atlantic Tub as an island with 360-degree access for ease of care for your staff. Speaking of your staff, they will appreciate the built-in disinfecting system between baths. The RR7-II Atlantic will create a lovely spa-like atmosphere to your facility.

CleanRane™ Air Spa System
CleanRane™ Air Spa System enhances the therapeutic and relaxing effects of bathing and provides a pleasant experience for the resident. Hydromassage provides millions of preheated air bubbles in the water which increases stimulation of peripheral blood circulation, reduces pain and inflammation in the joints, gently massages away dirt, and induces deeper relaxation.
Door Hinge Option
The RG9 Victoria and RJ15 Caribbean are both side-entry bathing systems, accessible through a swinging door located on the side of the tub. These bathing systems have the option of a left hand or right hand door swing. The plumbing package of the bathtub always follows the door hinge (or hand). When choosing between left-hand or right hand, you must consider the layout of your bathroom and toilet setup.
Autofill
Autofill is a timesaving feature available on the RR7-II Atlantic and the RS8 Geneva that allows caregivers to fill the tub to a preset level while completing other tasks or collecting the resident. With the push of a button, the tub fills to a preset level (24 gallons for the RR7-II and 64 gallons for the RS8 models), eliminating waiting/observation time.
Front Plumbing Configuration
Plumbing hookups are at the end of the tub where the control panel is located.
Side Plumbing Configuration
Plumbing hookups are on the side of the tub opposite of the door.
Island Plumbing Configuration
Allows for 360 ° unobstructed access for the caregiver, with no visible hoses or cords. (The plumbing hookups are under the tub).
Battery Backup
The RR7-II Atlantic has optional battery backup. This enables use of the tilting function in the event of a power outage. (This is a standard feature on the Height Adjustable model of the RS8 Geneva.)
Rane Disinfectant Solution
Rane’s lemon-scented is effective against H1N1 Influenza A virus, TB, MRSA, Hepatitis B/C, VISA, VRE, HIV-1, and pathogenic fungi. Concentrated for economical use, it disinfects and cleans at a dilution ratio of 2 oz. of disinfectant solution to 1-gallon of water. Rane Disinfectant Solution is available in four one-gallon bottles per case.

In addition to the traditional white, Rane Bathing Systems are available in Sky Blue or Cool Gray for an additional charge.
